Cliff and Friends

This tune is based on and inspired by the vocal version of John Farrar. John Farrar wrote it and issued it in 1980 on LP, later it also was issued on CD (1997)
John Farrar was member of Marvin, Welch & Farrar and also of The Shadows.
My friend Japio and my brother Hermann play rhythm and bass, while I do the lead and another rhythm part.
The tune was on my list for a long time. As a matter of fact I made the first recordings back in august 2011. It was on hold until november 2015 and then again until now.
The audio recording is from before I started with the VSTHost patches of Christian Boileau (http://vintage-sounds.freeforums.net/). So FX and sound come from my DAW (Sonar) where I used Guitar Rig 4 LE.
In 2015 my wife went into the air for a gliding tour of which some can be seen in the video.
Well I hope it was all worth to publish it after all.
