Filmed at around 3pm on 17th June 2020, exactly 60 years after the afternoon recording session during which The Shadows (Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch, Jet Harris and Tony Meehan, assisted by Cliff Richard (playing Chinese drum) and producer Norrie Paramor) recorded the definitive, iconic original version of Jerry Lordan’s majestic composition in Studio Two of EMI’s Abbey Road Studios.
