Hank Marvin is synonymous with the Fender Stratocaster, but his first stringed instrument was a banjo, followed by a Hofner Congress when he was 16. It wasn’t until the spring of 1959 that Cliff Richard bought him his first Fender. Here, Hank explains how its tremolo arm helped define his trademark sound. Filmed at the Fender Artists Showroom, North London.

Richard Hawley tries not to get sentimental about his favourite guitars…and fails. Filmed in his rehearsal room at Yellow Arch Studios, he shows us his trusty 1963 Gibson 335 which he saved up for by busking opposite Sheffield City Hall and imagines the many things his 1963 Fender Jaguar must have seen.

Different guitars and Guitarists but both have same in common that they love the guitar and what they doing. Enjoy!
