Cliff and Friends

“Moon River” is a song composed by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Johnny Mercer. It received an Academy Award for Best Original Song for its performance by Audrey Hepburn in the movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961) It also won Mancini the 1962 Grammy Award for Record of the Year and won Mancini and Mercer the Grammy Award for Song of the Year. The song has been covered by many other artists.

Hank Marvin made an instrumental version for his 2017 solo album “Without a word”

Sound recorded using my Alan Brason custom Stratocaster with Kinman FV-HMS pickups on neck position into an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP patch 1-66 Abbey road reverb and into Cubase on the computer.

Video made with 3 x Sony SR12 camcorders and edited with the Cubase sound in Sony Vegas pro 9.
