John Farrar is an Australian Singer/Songwriter/Musician who was a member of the Australian band, The Strangers. He later moved to England and joined Hank Marvin and Bruce Welch to form Marvin, Welch, and Farrar and later joined The Shadows. He went on to win many awards for his work with Olivia Newton-John and Sir Cliff Richard as well as for writing the scores for such productions as Grease, Xanadu, and Heathcliff.
