My name is Bill and this is my Guitar Instrumental Cover of Don’t Know Why by Hank Marvin.
Don’t Know Why was made famous by Norah Jones and released in 2002.
Hank Marvin included this track on his Guitar Man Album.
A friend – Francis Tan, kindly sent me the excellent tab which I used to record this tune from.

Unfortunately there are no backing tracks available for Hank Marvin’s version, so I tried to reduce his lead from the original – but it is still evident although volume very much reduced. Trying to play over Hank in exact time is not easy!

All background photos were taken by me on various trips with my wife over the past few years. Those were the days!

I recorded this tune using a Shure SM57 microphone right up to the amp.
I played it on my Fender Stratocaster Special Edition with 11-49 NYXL strings by D’addario.
Video recorded using Panasonic HD camcorder with a green screen background.
Video edited with Corel Video Studio Ultimate 2019 and Sound edited with Audacity.
