Cliff Richard and The Shadows performing Washerwoman from their 1966 film, Finders Keepers. A quite underrated film and one that I think is Cliff’s best. The plot was loosely based on the loss of an American ‘H’ bomb off the Spanish coast that year. The towns and villages around had to be evacuated. Funny in parts, with all the songs written by The Shadows. The film was the swansong for Cliff and The Shadows as a partnership. Stereo audio.
